Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks oleo
1 box cottage cheese
2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix
1 box frozen cut broccoli
4 eggs
1 onion, chopped

Preparation

Melt oleo in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Mix everything, including melted oleo, in bowl.
Pour into pan and bake at 450\u00b0 until brown on top.
