Skillet Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled potatoes
    2 tsp. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 oz. Velveeta cheese
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Place potatoes, margarine, onion, green pepper, water, salt and pepper in skillet.
    Cover; cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Stir in cheese and milk; simmer and stir occasionally until cheese melts.
