Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Colby cheese, shredded
1 bunch spring onions
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
2 to 3 Tbsp. mayo
dash of cayenne pepper
1 pineapple
raspberry preserves
Preparation
-
Mix first 7 ingredients. Cut pineapple in half and scoop pulp.
Fill in cheese mixture. Serve with crackers and raspberry preserves.
