Rapid Mix-Sweet Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 to 6 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. softened margarine
    1 1/2 c. very hot tap water (110~ to 115~)
    2 eggs (room temperature)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix 2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
    Add margarine.
    Gradually add water to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
    Add eggs and 1/2 cup flour or enough to make a thick batter.
    Stir in enough additional flour to make a soft dough.
    Turn out onto a lightly floured board and knead the dough until smooth and elastic, about 8 to 10 minutes.
    Cover with plastic wrap, then with a towel and let rest 20 minutes.
    Prepare as desired.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
