Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large apples, sliced and put in separate bowl
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. orange juice
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. baking powder
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix the last 2 ingredients in a small bowl.
    Mix flour, sugar, oil, eggs, juice, vanilla and baking powder by hand.
    Batter will be thick.
    Grease and flour tube cake pan.
    Pour in 1/3 batter, 1/3 apples and sprinkle with 1/3 cinnamon mixture.
    Repeat, ending with cinnamon on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until golden brown.
