Rolled Stuffed Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large flank or round steak
    1/4 c. butter
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 lb. chopped mushrooms (optional)
    1 grated carrot (optional)
    1 (8 oz.) herb stuffing mix
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. canned beef broth
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Salt and pepper steak.
    Saute butter, carrots, mushrooms and onion for 5 minutes.
    Pour in bowl.
    Stir in stuffing mix, eggs and 1/2 of broth.
    Spread evenly on steak.
    Roll up like a jelly roll and tie with string.
