Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 tomatoes, clean and scoop out seeds and drain on towels
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. parsley
1/3 c. oil
2 Tbsp. sundried tomatoes, diced
2 Tbsp. capers
2 cloves garlic (less if desired), diced
1/3 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Mix bread crumbs, parsley, oil, sundried tomatoes, capers, garlic and grated cheese.
Fill hollows of tomatoes.
Drizzle with a little oil.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until stuffing is golden brown.
