Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 large box cottage cheese
    American cheese, grated
    Cheddar or Bleu cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown beef in heavy skillet; add all other ingredients, except cheeses, and simmer slowly (with lid on).
    Grease casserole dishes and begin layering:
    noodles, meat sauce, cottage cheese, American cheese and Cheddar or Bleu cheese.
    Repeat layers, ending with a layer of American or Cheddar cheese.
