Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. cubed zucchini
1 medium onion
1 stick margarine (1/2 c.)
1 c. milk
8 oz. pkg. stuffing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
grated cheese
Preparation

Steam onion and zucchini 5 minutes.
Melt margarine.
Mix with stuffing mix.
Add milk and undiluted soup to zucchini and onion. Put half of stuffing in a baking dish.
Add zucchini and layer remaining dressing on top.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
