Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c self rising corn meal
    1 c self rising flour
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 c vegetable oil
    3/4 c grated cheddar cheese
    1 bell pepper chopped
    2 or 3 hot peppers chopped
    1 chopped onion
Preparation
    Cook at 375 degrees in large pan, sprayed with pam until golden brown-will be moist when done.
    I use a large cast iron fry pan.
