Ham And Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped, cooked ham
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Grease and flour 12 medium muffin cups. Beat milk, oil and egg slightly.
    Beat in large bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 425\u00b0 until golden brown, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
