Our Favorite Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium green peppers
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 small box Minute rice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 c. milk
    2 tsp. catsup
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut off top of peppers and scoop out seeds.
    Mix ground beef, slightly cooked rice, chopped onion, salt, pepper, milk and catsup. If your pan is tall, stand up peppers and fill.
    (You need a pan with a cover.)
    Cook in electric skillet or bake in oven until 1/2 done.
    If pan is shallow, cut peppers lengthwise and place on top of rice and ground beef mixture.
    Mix undiluted soup with electric mixer.
    Pour over peppers and simmer until peppers are thoroughly cooked.
