Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 Tbsp. sugar*
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 qt. apples*
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1/4 c. orange juice
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

*If using sour apples, use 7 tablespoons sugar.
