Mango Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 c. white sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. dried ripe mangoes
    1/4 c. walnuts
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Gradually add the remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 2 loaf pans or an 8 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    (Do toothpick test.
    If pick comes out clean, it's done.)
