Oatmeal Graham Cookies - cooking recipe

3/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
2 c. uncooked quick oats
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In large mixing bowl, cream together the butter or margarine and brown sugar.
Beat in egg, water and vanilla.
Stir in graham cracker crumbs, flour, salt, soda, oats and nuts.
Mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
Store tightly covered.
