Favorite Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    8 tsp. soy sauce
    1 c. frozen orange juice
    8 oz. lean meat (fish, chicken), in bite size pieces
    2 to 3 tsp. oil
    4 c. bite size vegetables (fresh or frozen)
    16 oz. mandarin oranges or pineapple bits, drained
Preparation
    In a small bowl, blend cornstarch into soy sauce; stir in orange juice; set aside.
    Preheat skillet over high heat.
    Add cooking oil.
    Stir-fry lean meat or fish until almost cooked.
    Add vegetables.
    Cook until tender-crisp.
    Stir in cornstarch mixture; add in fruit.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
