Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1/3 c. tomato juice
    1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    2 tsp. mustard
    6 medium potatoes, cooked, drained and mashed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Mash potatoes with salt, milk and butter.
    Combine tomato juice, salt, peppers, egg, bread crumbs, onions and mustard.
    Add ground beef or turkey and mix well.
    Put mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Press in well.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Drain off grease.
    Cover with mashed potatoes.
    Bake additional 20 minutes.
