Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. salted cashews, finely ground
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. chilled whipping cream
    2 pkg. (3 3/4 oz. each) lemon instant pudding
    3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 c. chilled whipping cream
    grated lemon peel
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix butter, flour and cashews.
    Press in bottom of baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch. Bake until light brown, about 15 minutes.
    Cool.
