Aunt Phyllis' Baked Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken rice soup
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    3/4 c. rice (regular or Minute rice)
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Add onion, celery, green pepper, soup, water and rice.
    Place in casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Put chow mein noodles on top and bake 15 minutes more. (Cornflakes or Special K may be used as the topping.)
