Japanese Spareribs With Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. spareribs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. soy
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 pieces brown sugar
    4 slices pineapple
    1 Tbsp. peanut oil
    2 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 piece ginger, crushed
Preparation
    Have butcher cut ribs into 1-inch lengths.
    Mix with flour, soy and red soy.
    Heat 1 tablespoon peanut oil in pan and add garlic and ginger.
    Brown ribs.
    Add vinegar, water, salt and sugar. Allow to cook over low flame for an hour.
    Garnish with pineapple, cut into small pieces.
