Horseradish Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. arm roast
    1 (5 oz.) bottle horseradish
    1 large sliced onion
    salt
    pepper
    1/2 c. red wine
Preparation
    Brown roast unfloured.
    Add salt, pepper, sliced onions, horseradish and red wine.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours in covered roasting pan.
    Serves 6.
