Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
    milk
    sugar (if for shortcake)
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly shortening, flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add enough milk to make a roll.
    Roll or pat on floured counter; cut with circle cutter or glass.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
