Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sauerkraut
    2 medium tomatoes, sliced
    2 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. corned beef, thinly sliced
    1 can Pillsbury biscuits
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (8 oz.)
    1/4 tsp. caraway seed
    crushed Rye Krisp crackers
Preparation
    Spread sauerkraut in an 8 x 12-inch dish.
    Top with sliced tomatoes.
    Dot with butter and Thousand Island dressing.
    Cover with corned beef.
    Sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
    Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Remove from oven.
    Split biscuits in half and place on top of cheese.
    Sprinkle with crushed Rye Krisps and caraway seed. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes, until topping is brown.
    Serves about 6 people.
