Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice (not quick cooking)
    2 1/2 c. water
    4 split chicken breasts
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    paprika (as desired)
Preparation
    Put ingredients in large baking dish in order listed, putting parsley and paprika on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, covered, and an additional 1/2 hour, uncovered.
