Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Swans Down cake flour
1 tsp. salt, sifted with flour
1 1/4 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream sugar and Crisco.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Beat well after
each
egg.
Add
vanilla and flour, a little at a time. Beat
well,
but
don't overbeat.
Cook in slow oven at 350\u00b0
for 1 hour.
Pour mixture in ungreased pan or angel food cake pan.
