Orange Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    juice and rind of 2 oranges
    juice of 2 lemons
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 box yellow cake mix
Preparation
    Mix orange juice and rind, lemon juice and sugar.
    Set; stand in refrigerator overnight.
    Make cake batter; pour in mini-muffin tins and bake.
    While hot, dip in juice mixture and drain on wire rack.
    Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
    Freezes well.
