Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. cherry jello
    1 c. hot water
    4 c. strawberries or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. mashed bananas (3 to 5)
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Preparation
    Mix first 6 items. Divide in half.
    Spread first half in 2-quart Pyrex pan and congeal. Spread sour cream as second layer. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
    Pour remaining jello mix on top of sour cream. Congeal.
    Cut into squares and serve.
