Confetti Sundae - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. fruit cocktail
3 drops peppermint extract
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
whipped cream

Preparation

Drain cocktail; stir in flavoring.
Chill.
Cut 2 1/2-inch circle from center of doily.
Lay onto edge of wide top custard cup.
Place scoop of ice cream in cup; surround with cocktail and top with whipped cream.
