Smothered Okra(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. okra, thawed
    2 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
Preparation
    In a 10-inch skillet, cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender (about 5 minutes). Stir in okra, tomatoes, salt and peppers. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until okra is tender.
