Cream Cheese Crescent Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans crescent rolls (room temperature)
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
powdered sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 egg, separated
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Press 1 roll of crescent rolls into 9 x 13 pan. Mix cream cheese, egg yolk, vanilla and lemon juice. Spread over layer of rolls. Press other package of rolls over cream cheese mixture. Beat egg white and coat top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cooled.
