Turkey Crunch Casserole(Great For Leftovers From A Turkey Dinner) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced turkey
    1 c. (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    3/4 c. diced celery
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    3/4 c. mayo
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 large can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Mix together first 6 ingredients.
    Stir soup and mayo together. Toss with turkey mixture.
    Pour into a buttered 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
    Bake about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until bubbly all over.
