Onion Rings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Preparation

Cut large Spanish or Bermuda onions into 1/4-inch slices. Separate into rings.
Put flour in paper bag and shake so that the onion rings are coated with flour.
Then dip onion rings in batter and deep fry.
