Fudge Brownie Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
2 eggs
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
whipped cream (optional)
strawberries (optional)

Preparation

In a mixing bowl, beat the sugar and butter.
Add eggs; mix well.
Add flour, cocoa and salt.
Stir in vanilla and nuts.
Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until almost set.
Serve with whipped cream and strawberries, if desired.
Yields 6 servings.
