Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. shortening (Crisco)
    3-4 Tbsp. ice water or milk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.\tBlend in shortening and butter, 1/2 at a time until it looks like coarse corn meal. Use 3 or 4 Tbsp. ice water or milk to form dough.
    Too much liquid will make it sticky.
    Refrigerate until chilled.
    Will keep in refrigerator for 1 week.
    Roll out on floured board to fit pie plate.
