Raisin Filled Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 box raisins, ground
1/2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and shortening as you would for pie crust. Add sour milk, baking soda, salt and vanilla.
Roll out and place a teaspoon of filling on each cut cookie.
Roll out a top and place over filling.
Pinch with fork to seal.
Bake at 375\u00b0.
