Pork Chops With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lean pork chops, trimmed
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. tomato paste
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Brush pork chops with tomato paste.
    Mix cheese with bread crumbs; pat into chops.
    Pan-fry chops until brown; place in baking dish.
    Add a small amount of water to prevent sticking. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with sauce.
    Yield: 4 servings.
