Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 scant tsp. salt
    4 eggs, well beaten
    dash of red pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in covered baking dish.
    Add beaten eggs last.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Set baking dish in water to cook.
    Souffle is done when knife inserted in center comes out clean.
