Mel'S Impossible Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. meat (ham or chicken), chopped or shredded*
    1 c. shredded Natural Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix (flour)
    1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
    pinch of nutmeg
Preparation
    *Can also use a 6 1/2 ounce can of well drained crab meat.
