Sugar-Free Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. candied fruit
1 c. dark raisins
1/2 c. golden raisins
1/2 c. dried apricots, chopped
1/4 c. dark rum
1/2 c. almonds, chopped
1 1/4 c. plain flour
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. soft margarine
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. Sweet 'N Low (3 pkg.)
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
In large bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients; set aside for 30 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Set oven at 300\u00b0.
