Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 stick butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, onion, soup, sour cream, butter, salt, pepper and 1 cup cheese together.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch dish. Top with 1 cup Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
