Chef'S Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lettuce, washed, drained and dried
1 green pepper, sliced
5 stalks celery, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 cucumber, sliced
1 bunch radishes, sliced
4 tomatoes, cut into wedges
4 hard-cooked eggs
strips of cold meat (turkey, chicken, ham)
strips of Swiss cheese
French dressing
Preparation

In a large salad bowl, place the lettuce, green pepper, celery, cucumber, radishes and tomatoes.
Arrange eggs, meat and cheese on top of vegetables.
Pour French dressing or dressing of your choice over the salad.
Serves 6 to 8.
