Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 to 6 lb.) hen, cooked
    3 garlic buttons
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can pimiento
    3 c. chicken broth
    2 large onions
    1 1/2 c. celery, cut fine
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. bell pepper, finely cut
    2 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix onions, celery, peppers and garlic with some of the fat taken from broth.
    Add lump of butter.
    Saute until lightly browned.
    Add broth, tomato paste and mushroom soup.
    Cook slowly 40 minutes.
    Add diced chicken and heat 10 minutes or so.
