Cheddar Cornsticks And Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour (unsifted)
    1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 c. (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
    4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 c. Crisco, melted
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Combine flour with cornmeal, baking powder, cheese and bacon.
    Combine remaining ingredients in separated bowl; beat well.
    Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients.
    Stir just until flour is moistened.
    Spoon into greased muffin cups, filling about 2/3 full or well-greased and heated heavy cornstick pan, filling almost full.
    Bake muffins at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes and corn sticks at 425\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
