Quick Chili Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    16 oz. corn, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. instant rice
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a 2-quart microwavable dish, cook hamburger and onion, covered, for 6 minutes on High.
    Break up hamburger; cover and cook 4 more minutes.
    Drain grease.
    Add remaining ingredients, except cheese.
    Stir, cover and cook 5 minutes.
    Cook 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on High or until melted.
