Candied Walnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 to 1 1/3 lb. nuts (pecans can also be used or mixed)
Preparation
    In saucepan, mix sugar and sour cream.
    Bring to a boil on low heat for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add vanilla and nuts to this mixture.
    Stir until nuts are coated.
    Spread on waxed paper, turning once to dry.
