Diced Potatoes With Cumin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. (4) potatoes (red if possible)
    4 to 5 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1/2 tsp. whole cumin seed
    1/4 tsp. turmeric
    1/2 tsp. ground coriander seed
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Clean and dice potatoes.
    Heat oil in a nonstick pan or wok over medium heat.
    Add mustard seed and cumin.
    Brown for 1 minute then add potatoes.
    Then sprinkle turmeric and stir occasionally for the next 15 minutes.
    When potatoes are lightly brown and almost done, add coriander, chili powder, pepper and salt.
    Stir and cool for 1 to 2 minutes more.
