Meat Loaf Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. ground sirloin
    1 slice of bread, buttered
    splash of milk
    1 egg
    1 onion, diced
    dash of all spice
    1 round Tbsp. tomato paste
Preparation
    Make a little well in the center of meat.
    Cut the buttered bread in small diced pieces.
    Add milk to dampen bread.
    Add egg, beaten.
    Add diced onion, using about half.
    Add allspice and tomato paste.
    Make out into 4 large patties and fry in a little olive oil.
