Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
5 Tbsp. butter
26 graham crackers, crushed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

In a saucepan, melt chips and butter over low heat.
Remove from heat and stir in graham cracker crumbs.
Reserve 1/2 cup for later use.
Press remaining mixture into ungreased 8-inch square baking dish.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
