Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. margarine
Preparation
    Peel
    potatoes\tand
    cut
    in
    quarters.
    Combine flour, cheese,
    salt,
    pepper
    in plastic bag.
    Moisten potatoes with water and shake a few times in bag, coating potatoes well with cheese mixture.
    Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch baking dish and place potatoes in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour, turning once during baking.
