Snowy Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
1/8 tsp. chopped chives
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
pinch of garlic
1/2 Tbsp. oleo

Preparation

Cook potatoes and mash.
Add in cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic, beating until smooth.
Stir in chives. Spoon into lightly greased casserole.
Sprinkle with paprika; dot with oleo.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
